JIM ANNISON

I was born in Mansfield, Notts in 1967 and have spent most of my life there.  I began writing at the age of, about, 11 and since then have written, for the most part, short stories.  My first story to be published was in 1992 while at university.

I wrote my first, complete, novel, entitled Project November, in 1998 and, despite it being submitted to a number of publishers, it met with universal rejection (perhaps that's for the best).

In 2005 I began work on a haunted house story, initially entitled Hell Hath No Fury.  Four years, and a number of re-writes later, the story, now titled The Scent of Jasmine, has made available at Completely Novel
